The first visit to discuss your specific requirements is free

We can only provide a quote once the scope of the accreditation has
been agreed.

We will require a 10% deposit upon acceptance of our proposal.

ISO9001 & ISO14001 Package quotes include the Quality Manual, Quality Policy, documentation files,
printing, the first internal audit, carrying out a Management Review meeting, all reports, travelling, any
overnight accommodation and the onsite support during your accreditation visit by your accreditation body

   The maximum time limit between us installing the completed system and you going for your accreditation
     certificate is 12 months, any work required after this time will be chargeable at £300 per day plus expenses at
     cost.

Once the completed documentation/system has been put in place agreed with the client the balance of the
account is due immediately.

Quotes do not cover costs for any third party accreditation body, it’s the sole responsibility of the client to
settle these costs.

CE certification: Quotes include all the Technical Files and organising of the product testing..

Quotes do not cover the costs of postage, transport or shipping of products or charges by test houses or
certification bodies, these will be the responsibility of the client.

Any additional travelling required to visit any testing facility etc. will be charged to the client at 40p per mile
plus travelling time at £30 per hour.

Training: The terms and conditions will be agreed at the time of request, depending on the type and extent of
training required.

Additional work or variance from the original scope and quote may be chargeable.

Any business specific ISO Standards or Directives that may be required for the company will be charged
for at cost.

Any cost incurred in having to take any legal action that may be required to recover any debt will be added to
the original bill, this will include any solicitors fees, debt collection and / or Court costs.

Payments not received within 30 days are subject to a credit surcharge of 8% above the Bank of England base
rate.

We endeavour to provide up to date accurate advice based on the information provided by the client, we will
not be held responsible for any mistake or misunderstanding due to the client withholding or supplying
misleading information.

We will also not held responsible for any failure to achieve accreditation if the client does not follow the system
we have agreed and implemented with them. So any additional charges that may be incurred due to additional
surveillance visits being required will be the responsibility of the client.
